how much trouble from one plant

if i got caught with my plant (1) how much trouble could i get in by the police

Hey man don't worry 1 plant isn't usually heat enough to get a search warrant in a house. Up here in Canada you'd probably get a ticket or a warning at the most. In the US I have no idea. U have any priors?

tech is right. 1 plant? I am sure the U.S Govt. is not looking for a person with 1 plant, now the people with ALOT plants, ya be a little paranoid. If you got caught with 1 plant, the police would prob take the plant and give you a ticket thats all. The U.S population is 304,000,000 almost, if they find you out of the 304,000,000 for 1 plant, than it was destiny. God said fuck no you are not growing plants. But seriously the only way you will get caught is if a cop comes into your house for another reason and sees the plant or you tell people and ect...

the ones that really get it in the ass is the dumass's that do whole houses/business and steal electricity those are the ones they want .......

My thought is it would be a little easier to explain 1 plant to a judge than a bunch of plants. It 'screams' personal use and I can't imagine 1-4yrs. for 1-4 plants. Let's hope I never have to test that theory. lol
