How much Temp Change From Day to Nite Cycle

Not a nube, just can't find the post about it. what is the best temps during day cycle in flowering, and what is the temp difference range, i think 10 degrees diff. and 80f and 60-70 at nite.
do i remember right??

I don´t think it is at all critical, but it is natural for plants generally to have lower temps at night. Certainly improves the germination of cactus seeds.

Best temps for flowering are between 75-79F day with a 10-15 degree drop while the light is off.

I do remember reading on here that the difference in temp has a big effect on internode length(less diff eing better-shorter internodes),I think 4-5 degrees was optimal

I think its really depended on the strain, Considering purple phenotypes do usually better at certain cooler temps because of the origin of the parent plants. So likewise goes with any other strain. If the parents were tropical plants then set a tropical condition, if they are from the desert then create a fucking desert lol!

Actually as long as the plant never reaches below 40 at night you are OK. The real protection you must concern yourself with is the rots staying above 60. the roots are what protects a plant. Think about it, what happens during the winter to all plants?
