You have your NPK values right up there in the topic...I'm wondering what you are looking for?

I know that that's for Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium, but I don't know if 15 is too much or too little. I don't know how to judge by the numbers!

vegging- you want more N(nitrogen) than P(phosphorus).
floering- you want more P than N.
simple enough. the actual numbers dont matter, its the RATIOS.

in theory, if you have 100 pounds of 15-30-15 fertilizer, then you have 15 pounds of nitrogen, 30 pounds of phosphorus, and 15 pounds of potassium. you also have 40 pounds of other stuff (crap? trace elements? water? inert material?)

is it high in nitrogen? eh think of it as a ratio. 15-30-15 does the same for you plants as a fertilizer with a 1-2-1 nutrient ratio.

what i use for vegging is 9-2-4, and for flowering, 3-5-4.
a 15-30-15 seems good to use, in small doses throughout the grow, but id still invest in something Nitrogen heavy for flowering and something to boost potash/potassium in flowering.
and dont forget trace elements.

I know what you meant, so I fixed it for you.
"Nitrogen heavy for the vegetative stage."
