Looking at the size of your room, I would say the most plants you would be able to fit in there comfortably would be 1 maybe 2.
If it was me I would use that room for vegging. For vegging you should be able to fit at least 3-4 plants.
Then I would build something 3-4 times bigger than that one for blooming.

If it were me I would put 4 plants in there. You don’t have much head room so you are going to have to keep them small anyway. I would put four five gallon buckets in there and keep the plants smaller. You are going to have to flower at 10” or so depending on strain and how much bending you do. Five gallon buckets are simple and effective. You can get net pots that fit right into them. You can also drill holes all around the top of the bucket to tie down your branches. Look up Low Stress Training (LST). In this why you will be able to fill up your grow room by training your plants to take up the entire space. Ideally you should start a mother plant and a space to veg.

If you don’t have any more room for a mother and veg room I got one more suggestion for you. You could split that room. Make a 1.5 foot room and a 1 foot room. In the 1 foot room keep one mother plant. You will also have room to veg. out a plant or two. In the other space you could fit two plants. If you wanted you could harvest one plant ever month. With the five gallon bucket idea you can feed each plant different levels of nutrients. Just block the younger plant up so the canopy is at the same height as you bigger plant.

ya, I would use that only for veg. And you can fit more than 3-4 veg. plants. You could easily do about 8 veg. but as soon as they go pre-flower on you. You better switch. If you wanted to use this for the whole life cycle, than 2 plants max, and they better be Indica.

you could get about 4 but would be cramped you got big pots
I was thinking of using an ebb and flow system putting the flood tray in the grow room then have the pipes run out of it giving me more grow space. If i got a strain that didnt branch out 2 much i could have quit a bit of plants in there dont you think?
