How much in final week?

How much will the buds swell in the final week? It is an LDS-25 auto, and I know the golden rule for not transplanting, but the soil I had it in was pretty crappy and the girl wasn't growing, so I decided to try better soil vs chopping it. She made a pretty good comeback, but now in week 9 I am assuming she is at the end? Last week the main cola started to swell pretty good, this week looking ok but now she is mostly cloudy so wondering how long I can wait?

if you transplanted an auto that late.

I would try and go 2 more weeks. you're gonna lose out on some yield due to late transplant but you could still make the nugs as good as the could be.

I would wait to harvest for 2 weeks and I'd give it 1 final dose of something like fox farms cha ching.. so even if they dont swell huge they will still have good resin/smells/etc.

I've found the best thing IMO you can do with autos is start in 5 gallons of good airy soil and leave her alone.

I just did auto seeds trans siberian in 5 gallons of light airy soil and 97 days seed to harvest I got 88.3 grams dry of really nice bud.

strain depending on last few weeks swell as well. That trans siberian took off last 2 weeks and got super dense but not all strains will.

good luck and just learn for next time to start in a 5 gallon pot and use good soil.. you dont have to use expensive ocean forest.. You can use cheap-o lowes organic potting mix.. just mix in some dolomite lime and like 40% perlite.. thats what I did and it made the soil perfect. drain fast and dry out completely in 3 days

is yours 9 weeks from seed too??? if so you may have a good bit longer to go. mine took 97 days from seed .. Do not harvest too early that is the #1 thing I would t ell any grower and I have learned the hard way.. If you harvest too early you loose out on alot of bud, strain dependent

I give her some over drive and moved lights all around her. She is stinky, and sugar coated. Looks like maybe an oz. Ya,i learned my lesson on soil, and am using mg organic with 30% pearlite and so far all plants in it are very happy. Got a fast and vast sprouted now.

so, no go on overdrive.....check! Does that and bud candy make it taste bad?
feed every other watering only then 2 weeks out start flushing or if u have a flushing agent like florakleen you can go till last week then flush.

Dont worry too much.. I've done 6 grows now and people tried to scare me alot saying all kinds of things.

truth is though.. I just grew an autoflower in the cheapest organic potting soil.. never ph'd my water 1 single time. only used fox farm tiger bloom and got 88.3 grams dry weight of pure fire smoke off 1 autoflower plant (over 3 oz)

keep growing... each plant you learn more.

Thanks. It seems many ppl say use this or that and others say it will hurt the plant or do this or that. I like to learn for sure, so that's why I bought 2 brands of nutes, and the bud candy and over drive, and see how it goes. I have a few new plants going and a few clones so maybe I will get to see first hand how it all works.....or not

In your setup you ''can'' get away with no care for ph, just pointing that out because it's important for more people to keep in check than it isn't. The meh ideology of just using what ever to get good results is probably more dumb luck than anything else too. No offense meant I get what you were trying to say, just making sure the OP knows theirs no lazy road for most ;p. Well, not a one that leads to any good.

Youre right and I dont wanna steer people in the wrong direction.

I think I just got lucky.. I bought general hydros ph kit the other day and it seems like after adding tiger bloom to my tap water it goes down to 6.8 so i got kinda lucky this last grow.

glad I got the kit though and im buying a ph pen tester today.. because after mixing tiger bloom big bloom and beastie bloomz into my local tap water ph went back up to like 7.2. Im buying the ph pen because Im sick of looking at the color of nutrient solution and trying to compare with the GH ph kit. I want every single watering with nutes or not to be 6.5 every single time.
