I heard outdoor is $300 to 700 and indoor about $1300. Is it legal legal in most states or...????

In Missouri there is the CBD hemp at every gas station and head shop in the state....it's like 35-45 a 8th which is more than most weed in the area

hemp has to have less than 0.5 thc here in europe, cbd in it may vary from minimal % to 10% and probably more...
I think that the only thing that change the general public classification is the thc content as before marijuana was meant to be the sensimilia cannabis plant.
Also thinking of sativa or indica is just how the same plant species express different genes pool acquired trough human or natural selection.
I mean a short horse is called a pony but still is a horse...:cuss::cuss:

Robert Clarke says we have it all wrong anyway: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/322819213_Cannabis_Taxonomy_The_sativa_vs_indica_debate

True hemp isn't high in CBD.It has been selectively bred to produce high CBD and very low THC. The complete opposite of what has been done to achieve the high THC strains we have become to know.

As I previously posted, Robert Clarke has pointed out that we've called india/sativa wrong all along. In reality all non-psychoactive Cannabis with narrow leaflets and used for fiber is Cannabis Sativa ssp. Sativa; broad leaflet varieties of fiber-type hemp which are mildly psychoactive are called Cannabis Indica ssp. chinensis. All other Cannabis, which has moderate to high cannabinoids (be it CBD or THC), is considered Cannabis Indica, with various subspecies. High CBD weed is typically a hybrid of different varieties to include Cannabis Indica ssp. chinensis. What we're all used to calling "Sativa" is really Cannabis Indica ssp. Indica (narrow leaflet drug variety), and what we call "Indica" is really Cannabis Indica ssp. afghanica (broad leaflet drug variety). Most of what we grow these days are hybrids anyway. Confusing? I know. Here's a chart which may help:

sort of. Hemp is cannabis that has a very low THC content. CBD breeders like the CBD Crew use cannabis rather than hemp to get higher amounts of CBD.
Sort of? LOL, either it is or it isn't. In this case it is. Hemp without a doubt is Cannabis.

Yep, oldish news is true, but no reason not to educate people on the true different varieties. While it's difficult for stoners to change their ways, that doesn't mean we need to remain ignorant.

I think ur deliberately missing the point. This field of hemp is legal, if it was Cannabis someone would be in Gaol for a long time.
As i already said, quality CBD breeders like The CBD crew use cannabis strains not Hemp. You can get a higher % of CBD- Think Charlotte's web etc.

From CBD Crews web site

*All our seeds are made from cannabis strains, no hemp strains.
