the cost of papers in my state is $5.86 per pack WTF.
is this their way of taxing weed?

i think it would be cheaper to buy a pack of ciggarettes and empty the tobacco than to buy friggen papers
 
i know but the state tax on anything fun here is insane. i wonder is this the loophole for taxing weed?
most people use papers for weed not tobacco

since we cant tax the weed we'll tax the papers my state is state owned and mafia run

does your state tax the papers? there is a tax stamp on one side of the papers like a ciggarette pack

I dont think this is possible.

Maybe you need to check out a new gas station or buy papers online.
 
the only tax i pay on papers is the standerd 6% like all other products not a tobacco tax or anything like that. plus a pack of the orange zig zags no more than 2 bucks any where u go by me
 
i dont think police can help. every gas station,habeeb store and liquor store is the same thing. i did find some cheap ass papers at the flea market "TOP" brand for 1.00 but they suck TOP is POT backwards

here is a pack of job w/ a tax stamp on it it is taxed like tobacco but no tobacco

i know but i cant i own a house and a business w/ machinery its expensive to move all that

Here In Northeastern ,Pa it depends where you go .. If you go to a gas station its like $2.50 , If you go to a Smoke shop/Tabacco store . they are 99cents to $2.00 ..But if you go deep in the woods and hit a mom and pop type general store . they charge $3.99 and they have a sign under the papers that say "if you can afford the smoke , you can afford the papers" ...
