How much do you pay your helpers?

Hey I was wondering what you guys pay your helpers on grows if you have any helpers that is.

1) trimmers
2) delivery person i.e exchange of cash and crop
3) any other people you pay off?

oz a week? if thats the pay ill drop what im doing RIGHT NOW to become a employee.

I can get u a OZ a month not sure if its enough tho lol

trimmers for big ops here get like 150 bucks for every pound trimmed..

last big harvest i gave some model friends one of the plants to harvest my plants nearly naked, dunno if that's quite what you were wanting as an answer though.

you have helper's....

when i harvest 2 very trusted friends help out and i in turn help with theirs but payment aside from my helping them back is that they keep their finger hash

which by itself wouldnt be much but the return help is well worth it to them

does anybody need a helper? i know it sounds like a pothead pipedream, but i wanted to become a real club grower. If i trimmed for somebody id learn their tricks and geet good seeds for free! lol any takers? ill move if i have a job!

I hire these 2 18-19 year old kids that live down the street. These guys are manicuring artists in my opinion and theyre work is superior quality. Every little tip is shaped defined absolutely no sugarleaf, no stem only sparkling resinous hairy nuggets. And always a nice sized pile of reject nugs and sugarleaf. The shitty thing is that I have no pictures. I try to trim my shit that good but mine always comeout hella sloppy in comparison. But these kids have trimmed many lbs of pot while Ive really only have had 3 little harvests. For now I pay them very little for thier work but will soon be paying them more.

You shouldn't need any helpers. Its just more rewarding that way. More money/weed for you in the long run.

Another thing.. only include your closest friends or people you trust more than yourself.

My suggestions for a reasonable pay would be if they are your close friends, promise them an entire day dedicated to smoking out. If that isn't enough right there, than your friends must be stingey. Possibly paying in weed would be the best way. Probably around a half oz to an oz per pound would be good.

But like i said, it would be best if done alone.

you obviously havent had the need to get 2-3 pounds of indica hung in a day or 2.....

oh.and trimmers in humboldt can make up to $20 an hour for trimming....

only people i "pay" are the bringers...

i tell a friend to get me a bag and he gets it for me and brings it to me, he gets the "bringer joint" for that. its a common thing around here and everybody does it

bringers are one thing. you always pay them or you run the risk of being "pinched" we're talkin people who run ops and have to get 3-4 lbs hung in two days. if people aroung my way did that i could definitely see the advantages of having "employees". everybody around here is only growing small so theres no need for helpers. but oh man, if i knew somebody who did, i would work on becoming a clubmember to help patients.
