How much CO2 is ideal for my light setup?! Can we calc it precisely?

Dont fix what aint broke, I run every 1000w over a 4x4 area. My smallest room is 8k. I like co2 in veg just at lower levels, Ive had great results and super fast veg times. Getting 2-2.25# per light. Don't run many sativas, maybe blue dream or j1 once and a while. I run mostly og's, sour, chem's, ect.

Everyone in the LED space says the key difference between LED lighting and HPS is that
the light heat is so much less... you can't have the proper photosynthesis without the proper
water evaporation... and that's why they rec'd 80-85 for the lights.

Wow,,,,,,ok, sure,,,whatever........Ah, how about the fact that at temps over 80F the plant begins to turn it's "energy" use to protecting it's self from the heat? It does this by decreasing it's actual growth rate (not to mention changes to the plant at the cellular level that are actually using this energy).
At 85F the plant starts a steep bell curve in that direction so then at 90F the plant is just about completely at a "stand still" in actual growth as it is now using very close to 100% of it's "energy" to keep it cool....

You want to increase evaporation to have "proper" photosynthesis ???
How about you decrease your RH and keep the plant in the happy temp zone??
You'll get the desired effect without decreasing the plant's effective growth rate...

In all actuality.....If you keep your temps at or around 70F and your RH at 50 or below a bit......I don't care what lighting you use.
You do not need to up the heat to make the light work better!!!!!
That is simply due to how plants work !

If you actually increase the temps for more photosynthesis. You need more Co2 available AND increase the lighting for any temp increase to be effective...!!!!
That's plant science!

Hi Mr. Dr Who!

I have to admit it does seem like my plants have really slowed down growth after raising the
tempts to the mid 80s... although they look really healthy.

So if my c02 levels are at 350 (and I have extremely good air circulation) and i'm using 2
1600 watt mars hydro led's per 4x8 tent... with 8 plants per tent.... and my normal RH
is only at 30%...

what is the best temp for my grow?

how much is the low humidity hurting my grow?

I have some humidifiers that can probably get me up above 40% if I fill them up
with water on a daily basis...

I have a good system to control my temps right now i'm ranging 80-85. I'm thinking about using a butane heater
offset by my water cooler ac to increase humidity and c02 at same time. im in new mexico where its very hot
and dry.

lots Humidity is good for Veg state, so is your current temp. But if you want your plants to rain crystals, lower the temp to closer to 75 and get the humidity below 40% during flowering. This will force resin production as a defense mechanism to protect the plant from drying out.

Thanks for the tips! Do you think the c02 makes a huge difference? I'm not sure how i can keep the c02 levels
right while I maintain the heat at 80-85... especially as i come into 100+ degree weather this summer. im
growing in a huge garage thats 2 stories tall... and im only trying to flower 8 plants and veg 24.
