how much cfm to cool my lights?

i am in the winter months and want to cool my room from the outside air. How many cfm fan do i need to cool my room? 40ft by 13.5 ft by 7.5ft tall room. Any help would be awesome. i am running 14 1000 watt lights. and two dehumidifiers and have fans like 20 fans going so great air movement in the room.. i understand it will be based off how cold it is out side and will run it of a thermostat but what size do i start with?
