How much Alfalfa Meal to put in this AACT?

Hey, so im using a 5 gallon bucket of purified water and an eco 4 air pump and airstones for my AACT. I just got some alfalfa meal to add to my tea. I put 2 cups of good compost, 1 1/3 cups EWC, and 1/2 cup of Alaskan Humus in a paint strainer bag. What would be a good amount of alfalfa meal to add to this other stuff? And is it alright to just put it in the bag with the other stuff and then brew? Thank you.

from what I've read, alfalfa is best used in a nutrient tea, not for AACTs, an AACT should only have molasses, ewc/compost and water.
And save your money, the Alaskan humus isn't really needed if you have good EWC and compost
Kelp and alfalfa work GREAT as a nutrient tea, but the microbes don't readily multiply with the other stuff in it.

so if I want to do a nutrient tea for veg using the alfalfa meal, should I just brew the alfalfa meal alone in the water for however long? and how much would be a good amount of alfalfa meal to put in 5 gallons of water? thanks.

First of all that's a lot of compost/castings to be using. I'd say 2 cups max in a 5 gallon bucket. You don't want your dissolved oxygen count to dip too low, and the more shit you put in your brew the lower that number will go.

As for the nutrient tea, you can bubble a cup or so of alfalfa meal in a 5 gallon bucket for around 24 hours. I'd use maybe 4 gallons of water as there is a good chance that it will foam up and make a bit of a mess if you fill the bucket right up. Dilute as necessary (or not) to cover how ever many plants you plan to use it on

I put all that stuff in a paint strainer bag and gently shake it every 8 hours or so. As for the the alfalfa thing, I just transplanted my clones into their 3 gallon smart pots, I usually only veg for 14 days then trigger for flower. Using Roots Organics 707 formula soil straight out of the bag. Watered them in with just Great White Myco in the water. Water is 6.7ph, 150ppm after going through the filter. I use 50 gallons of water to water, if I do a cup of alfalfa meal in 4 gallons of water for 24 hours, then dump that 4 gallons into my 50 gallon res I water from, any chance thatll burn my clones? Im brewing an AACT ill give them when they need to be watered again, then the next watering was thinking doing the alfalfa meal, would that be too soon? be about 8 days in

Not a chance you would burn your plants at that level. You could safely double or triple the amount.

Alfalfa is best used during veg and early flower. It contains triacontanol which is a growth hormone that will work to your benefit while the plant is stretching and filling out.

stow is totally right, and it may not hurt to have some kelp meal in with your alfalfa, in my mind those two go damn nicely together.
Forget about PHing or PPMing, I havent done that in literally over a decade, organics don't care, and the microbial population kinda skews the results anyways

that's a beautiful area to live in, are you still allowed outdoor growing?
no, outdoor as far as I know has never been allowed here in town. There are some people in Benton and Chalfant that do some small outdoor grows that ive heard of but nothing big, and those are both like an hour from here. Ive been searching ebay property sales waiting for the right cheap spot to pop up somewhere up north to get my hands on this spring. I did a crop up in Trinity a few summers ago but that spot is all blown up now and sketchy people have took over the area where I was. My goal now is to find a place I can put up a forever flowering greenhouse, the ones with the automatic shades, you can get a 40x40' one including them coming and building it for you for $35,000, that's my dream right now, get one and then after a few crops get another one and so on, that's the dream lol. I just harvested my small room which will be ready to trim tomorrow, get that to the collective and then ill be heading close to where you are around the 19th to try and locate the best outdoor for the best price I can find cause my collective needs a few more units than what I have.

ahhh man, that dream we all have, in fact in my dream, I have a co2 burning heater and an enclosed greenhouse, using enriched air and the sun!
slap a 1000 w MH to interrupt the night and you can flower 365 days of the year, you could be the only one to harvest outdoor crops in the spring and summer with a shaded greenhouse.
