how much air do I need to pump?

I have a DWC with a 10 gallon tote and a 5 gallon bucket setup and I'm using a 2800ccpm = 2.8 LPM rated dual diaphragm w/ 1 line doing 2x12" airstones in the 10 gallon and the other line an 8" bubble wand in the 5 gal bucket.

Is this enough air for a handful of plants (7) to grow at their capability or will I be restricting them by not having enough oxygen for their roots to thrive?

I use this CHEAP DUAL Walmart Aquarium air pump on two 12 inch stones and it works great for me.
