How many would I need to flower one plant

How many of these bulbs would I need to flower one plant ? And how far away should I hang them? and when I flower them should I leave the blue spectrum cfls in the room with the red spectrums?

I could be totally wrong, but that bulb looks much too small to be 100w actual..

But if it was 100w how far would I hang it from my plant

That much light output is fine in my opinion. Make sure you watch your temperatures though, a CFL that big will get into the 100 degree range.
