Looking really good, very healthy. I can not put a date on how long they are going to take though, i would imagine at least 3-4 weeks, although i have seen some strains finish fast. All of your pistils are still white, so it seems like it will be a while for everyone. Looks great, good luck.

Beautiful plants........Congrats on your great grow...........

Looks like you have a couple of phenotypes growing there.
Note; one phenotype of same strain, may be ready before the other in terms of week(s)
Wait for 80% Pistil color change & retraction/curling up.
Allow calyxes to swell.
Check for cloudy trichs (use 30x jewelers loop for on plant, & use $12.00, 100x lighted scope & snip a very small piece from bud to confirm clear to cloudy trichs, & time the progress, once started, usually a week or more from 100% clear to 100% cloudy) then going on to amber (once started, cloudy to amber trich's can take place overnight, or over days)
Cloudy trichs = more cerebral
Amber = more couch lock
If you did not feed organic, seems they smoke smoother if flushed (for Hydro, allow 7 to 10 day water only flush, prior to harvest)
In individual pots, compare by flushing one(or more) pots and keep separate during dry and cure process
You can also snip, quick dry (do not use microwave, use low heat), & sample at start, and at end of flush, for comparison.

If patient enough and in soil or choosing not to flush, harvest ready buds, usually the top cola's, or the top 25% of buds and wait a week and take lower buds (if you have not flushed, this week+ would be a good time to do so, for a personal comparison of flushed vs non flushed).

Make sure you do your research on drying & curing, if not already knowledgeable.......invest in a reliable hygrometer(s) to put in your glass, airtight jars during cure, wait 24 hours to check and if above 70% humidity, remove from jars and air dry more.
Do not over dry, buds should be dry only on outside and green in center, approx 2 to 3 days hang time depending on your humidity, smaller buds dry faster than bigger.
Here is a more measured curing process:
Proper curing humidity is between 60% and 65%, burping jars 10 to 15 minutes at a time to adjust humidity & keep in range.
When you have 55% to 60% humidity, jar & cap for up to 3 months before checking & burping

Below 55%, "no" curing process will make it better, leave capped & jarred.
You have over dried. either in drying, or finish process. (there is no way to rehydrate)
