How many strains should I grow at once?

First timer.

I got a 4 X 8 flowering area. I have 6 types of seeds. 2 types flower at 8 to 10 weeks and 2 other types flower at 12 to 14 weeks. The last 2 types I haven't a clue how long they take to mature. They are alpha diesel/strawberry diesel and the other is the mask f2.

What I need to know is how many of these different strains should I grow at one time?

I want to make some seeds too.

I was thinking of doing the 2 shorter maturing ones first, and maybe adding one of the last 2 named types if someone could tell me they mature in the same 8 to 10 week window. I don't want my first grow to be too complicated, but I will consider any advice given.

Try and grow sativas with sativas and indicas with indicas. Other then that...as many as you can control. Some need different feeding schedules...it just takes a lot of work.

id say if its your first grow stick with just one learn the ins and outs , no 2 plants are the same . id start with an indica they seem to be better tempered and somewhat forgiving . look for the best of the bunch continue with that genetic and gradually add strains .
