Usually it's around 50 posts.
there is no limit its either a certain amount of days or a certain amount of posts , depends which you hit first.
and if you click his name he now only has 4 posts but has reached the amount of days and now has the ability to use private messaging.

No there isnt because if we did spammers would find out and we dont want that, so keep active on the board and you will have your pm's soon.
