How many plants is the max for a 28x30 inch space?

Hello. I am starting a new closet. Roomy moved now have extra space. I have a 28dx30wx46 tall space. Going to us 4-2ft t-5 bulbs w/ a few CFLs. Doing hydro. 4-6 week veg and 6-8 flower. All help and advice is highly appreciated. Thanks so much.

I would grow 1 plant , and use a scrog net , for maximum bud points and yield,

I am not certain how to so the scrog thing. I did lst on one plant and had 10 nice tops. Lots of little ones. Is there a good link you could recommend that I can see a video on it? Not just some random guy (like me) showing me his amature gig. Thanks.

1 plant, but I wouldnt scrog if your using the 2 foot T5's...
Don't top the main shoot.. but pinch back the side shoots so they don't push out too far
