How Many Nodes???

Then why are you growing already...
I mean seriously.. most people say they read for months before starting a grow
It depends on how many lumens you can throw and how much space you have to begin with..note they will stretch 2x depending on genetics
Aim for 7,000 lumens per sqft

If you want a 20 inch plant and 10 nodes grow them 2" apart....
If you want a 20 inch plant and 5 nodes grow them 4" apart...
How tall of a plant do you have room for?

Can honestly say I never counted nodes. I see so many growers these days going 12/12 from seed- or doing a 3 week veg from seed...they are not waiting to full maturity to flip to flower cycle. That being said I recommend going for as long a veg time as is possible taking into consideration your light size(lumens), growing space, strain, and method(I.e.scrog, SOG). Sativa doms stretch a lot at flower & this is important to consider when planning a grow...Indica doms tend to stay shorter & bushier especially when trained in a SCROG. I can see doing a short veg in a SOG setup but usually it's using matured clones. Anyway to answer your question I'd say you COULD flip at 8 sets of nodes... That is 2 sets of fours on an untopped plant but you should plan for a long veg to increase yield. The extra few weeks will make a huge difference. Consider also the awesome power of laying down & tying your tall girls to a SCROG net or screen to make all those small bottom branches into colas. LST and supercropping slow your growth rate but can also increase yields exponentially. Do a bit more research & be patient. Like Tom Petty says the waiting is the hardest part

Thats not really something you can control. How close the nodes are will be depend on the genetics mostly. Just go by total height of the plant. Generally 1ft in veg then flower but it greatly depends on your setup and grow style.

Thanks for all the help guys this will realy help me out
and qwizoking Why am i even growing??? because i love weed!!!

I agree it is the place to ask those questions that you couldn't find from reading the info on this site and others like it. Did you ?

If you aren't cramped on space i'd wait to flower until atleast 1.5 months. Patience is a virtue and you'll be paid off heavily with an increased yield. Give your plants the love they deserve, you'll be happy with the finished product :weed:
