It's a clone momma and not doing it's job. Be cruel if you must. Pull it out of the pot (better to do while dry) and hack off 1/4 or more of the roots. (large scissors works good) Repot in same size pot with some new soil around it...water with a rooting hormone. And most importantly get it on a good wet/dry cycle.
