I would harvest the top 3/4 now, this would open up the bottom for more light.

I would also invest in a trimming machine.

Do you think I should flush before I harvest? It's just that so much work was put into this...I'd hate to end up with no bud after all this time

There's another thread from a guy asking if anyone needs to hire a good trimmer. You might want to see if he can put a team together for this upcoming harvest. Looks like you're going to have your hands full.
