You would be better served with more blue light in the room for veg, the T5 will help with that a lot. You're losing a lot of efficiency right now

Just bought 2 of these and put them in. Right now i have them at 2.t feet. Should i keep them at this height? Also i want to know at 2 weeks old what temp and humidity level i should keep them at? And the best ph? Thanks for the help guys

I think 2' is still too close for those babies. You could have picked up a T5 for not much more than 2 new MH bulbs, even a 2x2 T5 would suffice for a while on those baby girls. About 75 degrees is good for air temp but more importantly, you have to keep the light from cooking everything under it. 50% RH or close to it will do. PH for soil should run between 5.8 and 6.8 ideally. You should get a infrared thermometer to take a reading off the soil when under a light of that power because so much soil is exposed to direct light and will heat up easier from lack of shade. I've even taken readings from the surface of the plant when under the big lights, I don't like to go over 80 degrees on the foliage.

I want to get the most out of my light. The only reason i didnt get the t5s is because the store i wemt to didnt have them. In your opinion would it be best to raise the lights, if so how high? Or to put a layer of somekind on to of the soil or keep the temp in the tent cooler to keep the pots cool?

Take it up to 4' and see what happens. And or, If you have an adjustable ballast turn it down to 400W.
