how many cfls

I am going to be using cfls this time around with my grow i was curious if i was going to have enough light for my three plants.
i have 12 100w equiv. lights 6 daylight and 6 warm light all producing 1800 lumens they are going to be on sockets that i am wiring to drop from the ceiling, six drop cords with splitters on each of the sockets with one daylight and one warm on each. will this be good enough for veg let alone flower if not how much more of these little buggers should i be throwing in here

that should be good but it depends on how big your going to grow them in veg mode.

i was thinking about only going to about 12 or 16 inches because i know they will double in size when i switch to 12/12

Can always add more as you go but that'd be good for at least the first 10 weeks

Dude you need to go by the rule of CFL'S the more lums the better,you can order big CFL's at Light bulbs, Rope Lights, Halogen and Fluorescent bulb - 1000-Bulbs - The Light Bulb Superstore. The lums per watt drop in bulbs bigger then 85w's and the 85w's work real damn good check out my thread{bigger,badder,CFL's kick ass} hope that helps bro.
