How many cfls to start flower?

hey everyone im wondering how many cfls should get the plant into flowering quick as its been slow, switched to 12/12 a week or two ago only had 2 23w cfls, now added one more 23w cfl in a little lamp that can take up to 60w wondering if can put a 40w bulb in it? also should i add another light or will it start flowering then grab a larger one?

Well without knowing more details on Grow Setup kinda hard to really say, I mean more Lumens will indeed help..How do you have your bulbs setup? and are you using the same bulbs as you did for Veg? are they 6400K OR 2700K CFL..

alright thanks alot man, also tge 23w cfls ar just 1 daylight 2700k and another two cool white 2700k or something and keep them inches from the plant

100W's per plant in flowering is the golden rule
