How many amps does this ballast draw - pics

Ok hi all, i finished my 1st grow not too long ago and im plannin the setup for my next grow, basically im gonna have 4 ballats 600w each and i wanted to ask a question about how many amps this will draw. On my ballast in the pic you can clearly see it has a 6.2a reading and a 3a readong......which one of these i it......id be more inclined to think that it was the 6.2a, but i know there are some 'compact' ballasts that draw less electricity...

If someone could have a look and let me know what you think or know, it could be the difference between 2 x 1000w light or 4 x 600w.....i have a 32 amp breaker for my setup which should be more than enough even with 4 x 600w but i just want to know....anyway heres the pic......

Hi,thanks for the quick reply, how do i know if ive got 120v or 240v???? I live in the uk i believe it is 240v but could someone confirm if posible, and is this definate that it only draw 3a on a 240v plug?? If this is the case i can double my amount of lights which would be amazing, let me know anyone.....thanks again

I believe europe is 240v. dont know about how many amps you can put on 1 line sorry.
