I have a similar set-up with a little less space I am using a 70cfm exhaust fan running into a carbon filter and my temps are always inline

LxWxH

4*2*6=48 cubic feet

depending on how much air movement you want will be the final decision on how big of a fan you need.

you need to think about a few things:

will you want to use a scrubber? - if so you will need a higher cfm fan to push/pull air through the scrubber and still have enough air movement to do the box also.
(a 60 cfm fan with a scrubber will not be exhausting 60 cfm)

how much heat will be generated? - will more lights be added later?

and proper placement of your exhaust and intake. - you want your exhaust in the top left or right back corner and your intake on the opposite side.
(if exhaust was on top back right hand side then the intake will be on the front of the box on the bottom left hand side)

hope everything was understandable, if not pm me or post back.
