DUMB QUESTION HOW LONG DOES IT STAY IN YOUR SYSTEM I SMOKE ONCE IN A BLUE MOON I HAVE TO TAKE A PISS TEST IN LIKE 3-4 WEEKS

Well, you do the cleansing stuff, and it works for that day, or x amount of hours.

So, you'd take it either the day before the test, or a couple hours before the test (depending on what the directions say) and then just don't smoke until afterwards.

I actually think it can be as low as 9 days if you have a virgin system. I always used sonet 7. It really works and is cheap. I just gave soem to the moron next dsoor for a pis trst and he passed.

if you dont smoke any more and eat non greasy foods , drink plenty of fluids and use a cleansing kit you'll be fine ..

One of my friends has passed a test 4 days after taking one gravity bong hit w/ no cleaners...i've passed a test 10 days after smokin a half ounce with 3 people in one night... i just drank 2 glasses of water right before the test... tested negative.

Yeah i have an unusually low body fat% for some1 that just junk foods all day, figured it would have somethin to do w/ it.

yup u're one of the blessed few to be an ectomorph..if u work out hard enough u could look like brad pitt in months..i was not so lucky

yeah i was in weightlifting this year and my bench rose 40 lbs i went from lifting about 90% of my weight(bench max-115lbs, weight-125lbs) to 125% (bench max-160lbs, weight-125lbs still) in about 4 or 5 months.

The year b4 i had gotten my bench to 140(movin to plates was awesome haha) but i sat around all summer and it just dropped. got it back quick and surpassed it.

generally for active people as long as you can max your body weight you're okay. it's better to be able to lift that 8x though. i can do 200x10 if i realllly push it.. i really dislike bench pressing though, it's such a useless exercise, with hardly any practicality save for football..my legs are strong as fuck though, 800lbs+ is no problem for me on those..my arms not so much so..genetics can give u the short end of the stick sometimes
