How long to veg ?

Is your pen adjustable? If it opens for batteries it is. Find a PDF online for adjustment screw. In the meantime, pour 1/2 cup distilled into a clean coffee cup. Add 1 Tsp baking soda. It is a ph of 9.0 everytime! Easy cheap check of accuracy. Always rinse vigorously in distilled after use. Then blow dry.

Try that and give me numbers. The distilled is your major cause though.

I'd use tap to be honest. Just be sure of PH ad PPM to start. You should water to run off every time pot feels light. Use plastic nursery pots next grow. More even wet dry cycle.
