How long to show nute burn

Hey guys i am new to this site and have a real quick question for you. I have grown in soil before but never in hydroponics.... Until now. lol. Anyway i have some seedlings growing that i gave a little of super thrive once they popped out of the rockwool that i phed to 5.5 and now they are 6 days old from popping out. It is in a homeade bubbleponics system. I have 2 air pumps, 4 stones, water pump, a 175w MH light as well as 2 30w florescents. I also have a 400w hps for flowering. They are just starting to get the second set of real leaves. ( 6 total now if you count the seed shell things) Yesterday i changed the water cause it was at 7ph! I brought it back down to 5.7 or so (liquid test) and gave them a SMALL amount of nutes. I gave it like 1.5ml to my 8 gallons. (Those long test tube sqeegy things are a ml right?) I highly doubt that much would cause them to burn but im just wondering how long would it take to show up if it did? Thanks guys i will probably do a grow log once i get my camera up and running.

nutes shouldnt be used for clones plain ole phed water preferablly ro water

Don't go ask, just read Al B. Fuct help pages it's under hydroponics. Im pretty sure a lot of your questions are on there. If you don't find it then ask, but if he has gone over it already he gets piss, or ignores ya. So just read first then ask.
