how long to leave in propagator

hi all . am new to this so was just looking for sum advice . had bb cheese in propagtor for one week now . they are about 2'' high now with just a couple of leaves on them . is this to take the top of the propagtor . and ok to put under 400w hps . any advice welcome . cheers

wait until the roots are growing out the bottem of all cubes. I usually leave in dome for about 10 days from seed

cool thanks mate . was going to leave them for two weeks but ten days sounds good . should they be ok to put under the 400w straight away. thanks

Yeah they will be fine just put your light a little further away than normal at first. Lights too close can easily kill a small plant.
