How Long 'Til Ready?

just wondering how long everyone thinks she will be till shes ready ....and does she look good and healthy ...first time grow for me

she been flowering for about 7 weeks now give or take a day or to ... the trichomes or whatever they are called are all still clear though ...and will those white pistils go away and turn into an accual bud form at some point ??
 
The white pistels will turn amber and press close to the bud,and the trichs will turn milky,then amber,1/3 amber,harvest.Loooks like a White Rhino?or Widow?Really frosty.
 
its a strain called gads treat ...cross between god and dutxh treat ..im really looking firward to it ... thanks for your help
