How long should the VEG time be for 7 plants in a 5x5?

I only have one TSW2000 (300 watt) light tho. I'm thinking maybe I should a lights strips that I have as supplemental lighting? They are 7w. Does anyone have experience growing indoors? They are old seeds and I have yet to try and see how many grows. Any advice would be super helpful!

First time grower so a little anxious.

Anyone has had any luck DIY auto-pots?

That’s a lot of plants for a small space and terribly not nearly enough lighting.

as above, i would only have that light in a 2 x 2 tent and i would have 2 plants at most under them, others may have other opinions

You need 3 of those lights for a 5x5 space.
Veg time depends on your grow skills and how large the plants are.........some growers like me, veg for only 3-4 weeks and others veg for 8 weeks.

I think that's fine for veg. I have a 4 x 4 with probably 200 watts of T-5's & the light is raised up 3 feet from the plants so I get even light coverage. Now flowering I would get more lights but I would still grow those 7 plants regardless. Sometimes you just gotta do with what you have. No way would I buy 3 more of those lights though just for veg.

Veg them till you want to flip for flower. I generally take cuttings/clones & veg those out them flower when big enough

You're running T5s 3 feet above the plants?
