How long from germination until seedlings reach sexual maturity?

Hi all. I'm growing from seed for the first time. I'm doing a seed run. I usually use indoor for 1 hour at night, daytime sunshine for veg. When a plant is ready, I leave it out and the flower stage begins under only sunlight. But with seedlings, I was under the impression that they aren't mature for a month or two. Thus, despite the duration of darkness, they can't begin to bud.

I hope this is accurate because I don't have enough room under indoor lighting for all the seedlings to be kept in veg "artificially." Anyone familiar with seed growing, how long until young plants reach sexual maturity (the ability to flower)? Input is appreciated, even if you rain on my parade.

From seed, figure two months for most photo period strains, with some early ones as soon as 45ish days.

Clones taken from a sexually mature mother, will drop their drawers the minute you turn out the lights and they hear some Barry White music.

Thanks guy and girl. That's what I was hoping for. A seed run doesn't need huge plants anyway. A month or 2 of vegging will be fine. Perhaps my next learning moment will be to actually play some Barry White while inducing sex. He hath charms no doubt.
