How long does it take from seed to harvest outside?

I just got my big bang seeds two days ago and instantly put them into germination. I live in the northern hemisphere (northern California) and was wondering if I will be able to grow outside. How long do plants take from seed to harvest. The strain information states that they will be ready at the beginning of October.

Is this enough time?
What should I expect?

It's getting a bit late to start seedlings, but they will still work fine.

There are a good 3 months of good sun before the fall flowering cycle will start so you will still get a nice plant.

In the future, if you can start the seeds indoors like in March, then you can put established seedlings in the ground in May or June. With the right amount of light and good soil you can grow a single plant that yields 10 pounds if you give it a good early start.
