How long do shrooms last for?

Hey guys I just got a generous gift of some shrooms from a friend and I put them in a paper towel wrapped in 2 baggies inside of a box stored in my closet. I did that because I thought it was good to keep it in a dark place away from moisture.

My question is, how long will they keep their potency for becuase I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to take them for a couple of weeks.

dry shrooms can last for a while. but if there are fresh they need to be consumed or dried.

well I'm no expert on shrooms (only did them once before) but these are the dried ones....so how long is a while? I've heard different things on different sites and it seems like no one knows an official time span. I'm not planning on waiting months before I take it but it is one of those things that you have to plan out so you make sure that you don't do anything within 24 hours of taking them. With that said I think I will wait until Christmas break so I don't have school or work to worry about

shrooms last no longer than 5 hours.

iv taken them numerous times it always takes 30min to an hour to kick in and i ALWAYS trip for more than 8 hours a couple weeks ago i took 6 shrooms and triped for 13 hours

if someone would read the post I was talking about how long they last before they start to lose all their potency... I got them from a friend and I haven't been able to find a good time and place to take them so I put them in a baggy inside of a box and put them in a safe spot, I wanted ot know how long they would last for

Lol stoners, i had a friend who sold shrooms and I know he had about a pound of them and he held on to them for around a month and a half. They should be fine, just keep them sealed at all times. Have a nice trip!

agreed, I've had bags of shrooms that I've hung on to for a couple of months and they were fine. Also, tea is good with shroom pizza

shroom pizza hmmmmm.... I've only done shrooms one time before about 2 years ago now and I almost threw them shits up because it tasted so bad. Good thing I didn't because it ended up being a hell of a trip. I think this time when I take them that I'm just gonna pound them shits down as fast as I can with water or something like that and eat something to get rid of the taste lol

Yeah just make sure you keep them in an air-tight container (ie jar, ziplock baggy all the zipped, you get the idea) and you can keep them for at least a month or so.
