With the research i've came across: Depending on genetics anywhere from 7-14 weeks. Watch the white hairs come out, turn brown then they'll pull back in and the bud will swell, after that swelling would be the window to start choppin not a moment sooner !, let them swell !
It took my crop 57 days till the swelling started. Everyday they get bigger and bigger. 9 weeks deep and it keeps getting better. You must be patient, its well worth it.
