The girls still look healthy but I expected to see some new growth by now. Still nothing after 5 days. They're also not drinking as much as they were before.
How long can you expect to wait for new growth to resume after final transplant? Been 5 days now.

I just transplanted my plants on Friday night and put a scrog on them yesterday and my plants didn't even seem to be disturbed by what I did to them you may have shocked them pretty bad during the transplant I bet as long as they still look healthy they should be ok they also maybe settling in to their new home still doing more root development

Hopefully the roots are just trying to re-establish themselves in the new surroundings, like you said Spurdy. On the face of it the plants look great. Still nice and green and relatively perky. They have slightly bushed out in these 5 days since transplant but it's the new growth at the top which just stopped and hasn't kicked back in yet. I'll be gutted if there's a major problem here because everything was looking great.
I've noticed the more i look at them the slower they grow.

They've been growing the whole time!
It takes at least 5 days to begin to show a growth change in soil. More like 7 is better.
I do a final transplant onto a new soil and wait 8 days before I flip them. This starts root spreading. they continue to fill the new pot for about 5-6 weeks at their own pace.
It's fine! Just be a little more patient ok?

iv never had a plant pause growth from transplanting, how root bound were they in the previous pot and did you do any damage to roots during the transplant and did they go into the same soil or is it different

If everything goes well and the timing is right the plants resume growth pretty much right away.
But sometimes that means under the soil before above the soil.
