How is this Rubbermaid CFL setup

Hey guys, new to this forum and just trying to get some feedback on my very first grow setup.
Includes:
2 rubbermaid's
Mylar
4 100w equiv.
1 desk fan (not in pic)
1 pc fan (2 total, have not installed the other on opposite side)
45 deg exhaust pvc pipe

Currently I'm trying to sprout a seed from soil..

Well you don't need any light while trying to sprout, and you're going to run into heat issues unless you cut a hole at the bottom and place a fan for intake of cool fresh air then either leave the top off for exhaust or place another fan at the top for the exhaust...and...lol...you're going to run into height problems too, so read up on topping, LSTing, FIMing, and other technics to keep her short...good luck and welcome to RIU...
