How get 2lb per flood table?

I used to pull 3lbs consistently in my 8x4 space, under 2 x 1000w hps. 4 week veg. Now im switching to COB (1300w) and 2X 4 by 4 flood tables. I was thinking i should easily pull the same weight or better once i get dialled in. In fact, i figure i should be able to do 2lbs per table. But... how to do it?

I have a 24 plant count limit on my med lic. Another restriction is that i have 71 inches total height in the room when my lights are all the way up. So take off 22 in for light distance to canopy and that leaves 49 inches total for table height and plant height.

Am am i dreaming? 12 plants 2 feet high on a table? Is that going to get my 2lbs?

Or will i have to increase the amount of plants?

Train em open and the back towards the center and expose every single budsite along the stems up high enough to receive optimal light.

So youre saying 12 plants will get me to 2 lbs per table if i get light to all the bud sites with some training? Or will i need more plants?

How long to veg em?

Just train them in to the space you've got you gotta really trim that undergrowth OUTTA THERE so it's literally a blanket of buds across the screen. With stalks underneath.

Run the room warmer and use plenty of CO².

You should be able to do 5 pounds in that amount of space. My tent is 28"x38"x48" inside dimensions and I got 20 oz dry from three plants last grow. IIRC, 6 weeks veg. LED lights max 320 watts, scrog and lots of LST.

I did damn close to a lb with a 2x2 flood table and only 260w of light, 5 plants topped once under a scrog in a 3x3 (74" high), kush genetics. You can do it.

You must be new to this webnet stuff ;)
IIRC = If I remember Correctly

LED's are DIY fixture using 8ea Solstrips.

https://solstrip.com/en/

This is right before harvest. The fixture is just some heavy aluminum U channel from a scrap yard with the strips mounted with heat paste. 320 watt driver
Naw... im just old. Lol

Looks like youve done a very fine job there. Neat and tidy too! Attention to detail....

Hard to see from the pic, but what is going on underneath? Rockwool cubes, clay pellets?? cant see....

Thats a long story, but the short version is there are three separate 5 gallon totes ... and the third one was Membrane Meniscus.

I hope I am not stepping on any toes by posting a link to Andrew Parker's book "The New Hydroponics" teaching the Meniscus Membrane - I looked at the rules and didn't see any that forbid the posting of links; if I have made a mistake, please accept my apologies.

Even though this is an older thread, the material and method is still viable and very interesting - at least to me - and if I can help someone along their path with a copy who is also interested - that is a good thing.

I am not sure how long this link will work, so when it no longer does and you need a copy, please either pm me or quote me so that I get an alert and I will upload it somewhere and give you/post the new link.
