How far will the Iranians go?

How far will they go, how much will they risk for their voices to be heard?

I wish them much luck if they are fighting for the right reason. We all know it's going to get worse if they don't stop marching.

Americans, take notes. ;-)
Iranians, good luck out there.

I think you mean how far will the Iranian govt. go..... they are already killing protestors and clubbing them mercilessly.

Or, how much punishment will the Iranian protesters absorb might be another good question.

Yeah that's what I meant. How much brutality will they take. I just hope they know what they are doing. The Iranian leaders call their youth "Westernized" as if we've corrupted their minds haha. Makes me wonder if this is sort of true with the protests. Did the western realm provoke the protest? Or is this all about Iran and no one else?

Might be sooner than a few years my friend. We will be protesting, probably revolting, over something other than elections. But they could always unleash a false flag to shut us up. That's what sucks about our country. The gov. says we have a right to protest, yet they demonize it and bring provocateurs to start fights between demonstrators and riot police. They say "Look how bad protesting is, look how crazy these people are. The police have to defend their lives from these lunatics". While the people just want to march and have their voices heard. The majority don't start fights, nor do they want to, they just march and yell. And if we become a threat, they'll pull a false flag and totally bring the protest down.

Again, much luck to the brave Iranian people. My prayers go to them.

Americans need to take tips from the Iranians... Those people know how to stand up for what they believe in.

Yes, but that was under the Shah.... I lived next to a fellow named Meridad in College. he was a great guy.

But this is a thugocracy now. They aren't looking to the US for answers, that's for sure.
We don't win any popularity contests with any demographic over there.

A lot has changed .....

I was watching the Bill Mahar show last night in which Mahar called for stricter gun control here in the U.S. Strict gun control, even complete disarmament of the American people, is one of the greatest desires of those on the extreme left ... and for good reason. They are totalitarians who want to control every aspect of our lives. They go against human nature and know that people will revolt. The question is, how can idiots like Bill Mahar call for total gun control in the face of the freedom fighters in Iran? Look at the films coming out of Iran folks. All these people have as a stand against the Iranian government thugs is rocks! You can bet that if the Iranian people were armed to the teeth like Americans, the government would stand down.

Let freedom ring both here and in Iran.

Oh, the ppl's eyes are open alright. No worries there. It's what they are seeing which is disturbing. The Iran you talked about and I have experienced is long gone in the dustbin of history.
