How far from my seedlings?

Hey, how far should a spider farmer 4000w led be from seedlings? Should it be dimmed? Thanks!

Probably farther than you think to start. I'm sure someone will come in with a better answer, but probably something like 40 inches to start. Seedlings don't need much light. You can download a free lux meter on your phone-they aren't super accurate, but they can be useful for things like this. For seedlings keep it under 10k lux until their growth kicks in, then start lowering the light little by little..
