How Early Can I Force Flowering?

Hey bad news can be good news sometimes. It's not listed in my grow journal as a mistake i made, But when I first Bought my CFL's I bought 45w - (200w equivelent) having a 3000 luman output. They said cool white. I didn't know at the time it wasn't good. Then i read a post on CFL spectrums, and looked all over the box's for my lights, and SURE ENOUGH....in the finer print it listed the bulbes as 4100K Color temp. Did some more research real quick and before those plants came back on for their next light cycle i had those bulbs returned to wal mart and went to home depot and bought Philips 42w Daylight bulbs. Listed at 6500k. The plants made drastic improvement in growth over 48 hours. But you have the ballast and setup, so replacing your tubes should be relitively cheap. 4 foot tubes @ 6500k here go for 3-4bucks can.
 
Sounds good... I will go to Ace tomorrow, the only local hardware store. +rep for all the good info, because as much as I researched this before I missed it, I really thought that just "cool white" would be good enough.
