5 parts soil (organic MG...none of their crap in it, but high quality soil)
2 parts perlite
2 parts sand (play sand that i found at garden section)
1 part vermiculite

Should i be adding wormcastings? its december and impossible to find apparently. Is my vermiculite a substitute? No web search can really give me a direct answer on which i should use

I am also using bat guano, and foxfarm for vegetative.

Ive been seeing yellow leaves, and signs of nitrogen deficiency (dark veins on the leaves) on some leaves. And yellowing of tips.

My fluorescent 13w fell on one of my plants while i wasent paying attention and it burned a bunch of leaves (UGH)

Just posting this to see if anyone saw anything out of the normal.

Stay away from the sand. It drains well, but packs too tight, defeating the other good shit you've got. Other than sand, you have a dam good base. Worm casting? I wouldn't have a clue, except that studies show that worm shit/casting is the most beneficial substance known to mankind. No Lab or Organic person can match the benefits , or come close, to worm casting. Don't give this shit to your plants, they will start dancing & become naturally healthy, to fight off pest & plant problems. Their immunity system will be at it's best. To kill that immunity, buy some chemical shit, like Miracle Grow. That will kill all the microbial life in your soil, causing major problems later. Want to grow the best of the best with the strain you have? Forget about the Baby/Lady, or the this & that. Think about what it takes to build the perfect living soil. If you got the perfect living soil, you won't be able to stop the Babies & Ladies to act like Jack & the Bean Stalk. 1/4 less water/less care, max yield. I wouldn't buy the worm casting. Order a lb. of worms via on-line, and make your own. All they want to have a shit-eating grin is some cow shit. Don't forget the Greensand. Happy Growing.
