i just planted a germinated bagseed about 6 days ago i was just letting it grow indoors under a shitty 20watt cfl for now but i noticed stretching so now i decided to put it outside so it can get a good amount of sunlight its in a like 1.5liter pot with holes in the bottom for watering i just have a few questions like
how often should i water it?
how much water should i give it?
when would it be safe to top it?
what is the safest but easiest way to top it?
is there any way to help it grow better without using nutes?
any other growing tips would be apreciated.
also how does the plant look for about 6 days old?:joint:

oh yea one more question, since it started stretching i piled the soil up a little higher so now the stem is only like 2" instead of like 4" was that a good idea or a bad one?

it's looking good so far. you did a good thing building dirt up on the stem. as far as no nutes go? i would think earth worms. you may want to do more reading in faq for that. as long as she is getting plenty of sunlight i don't know why it wouldn't grow. happy farming!!

well, basically its simple. just pinch off the top forming set of leaves above the last internode and below the leaves. actually the leaves dont even have to be formed yet. its easier if they are because you wont pinch off the branch point at the internode. the two branches will form as normal but take the lead. you can use a razor/scissors or whatever.

i think is better to just tie down the plant. lean the top over and tie/stake it. no stress. if you hear the hurd break dont panic. thats a good thing in my opinion.

Seedlings need water to grow, but they only use so much so i would only water when top of earth gets dry.I would top when you have at least five sets of nodes or you can pull the top over and tie it down.I f you don't want to use nutes just add manure. If your outdoor soil is good, meaning that there are other plant life growing healthy you may not need nutes. Nitrogen products are the best because its the basic building block of life.

the plant is now about 8 days old the leaves are growing pretty good but it still looks like it might be stretching im not sure its been getting plenty of sunlight and its been raining alot so i havent watered it since the soil is a little damp since it looks like its still stretching a little should i pile some more soil around the stem? also there is a little burn on one of the leaves i dont know how it got there but should i worry bout it? it doesnt look very bad. also do you think i would get more bud if i just tie it down or if i top it? because im trying to keep it hidden but i also want as much bud as possible. also any grow tips would be apreciated.

also my plant is growing in a 1.5 liter pot is that big enough?i really dont want to have to transplant again ive seen people grow in 16oz cups so i think 1.5 liter should be good enough right?

right now its getting something like 13/11 cause it gets light at around 7:00 a.m. and gets dark around 8:00 p.m. how do you think that will effect the plant? do you think it will go into flowering early or what?

you realy need to do some re-serch
well you should do some research as well because you said that if i gave my plant alot of light it would keep stretching but the reason why it was stretching was not enough sunlight its gettin a good amount of sunlight and now its growing fine.
