How Do You Use The Sea Of Green Method? Plz Help! :/

Okay, so i just set 2 plants to grow, i bearly germinated 9 seeds. 3 sprouted, but oly 2 sprouted 2 good to my expetations so i planted them already. and the rest should be ready by tmrw afternoon latest.

So i was wondering how do you do the SOG method? if i kan plz have a step by step walk though of this method it will be greatly appriciated!
