How do you turn my plants purple or blue , or will they turn automatically??????

I have 3 diff. Strains....

1) blue mystic - nirvana seedbank

2) blue magnum - zambeza seedbank

3) big grapefruit - female seedbank

now the blue mag. And blue myst. Both say they will hav blue hues and a blueish shine and color to them ...
And the big grapefruit says it wil turn light purple and purple to ...
Now my question is will they all automatically change colors or will hav to do sumn to get em thier colors.. Becuase ive been having em in bout 54-58 temp at night for the last 2-3 weeks and they have bout 2-3 weeks left and they show no sign of clors anywere , buds or leaves , thats y im so confused.. What should i do? Am i doing it right with the night time temps bein 54-55 degrees?? When should they start to change colors???
Any answers suggestions or comments please help . Experienced growers please

well my un derstanding of it is that you are trying to turn the plants purple by killing the chlorophil faster than it will regenerate. a couple of points about low night temps. it will reduce growth rates and potency. it will increase resin production and mayby turn the plant purple (more bag appeal). cold nights every night realy is not great for the plant imo. i've been growing an odessy clone i got from a friend for the last 3 cycles i made the first one purple on accident when i left the windows open over night and the temp in my tent dropped to 42 for one night. the colas closest to the light purpled up very fast (also finished 2 wks b4 the rest) and the bottom ones purpled after i harvested the tops and dropped the lights. they also got rediculously frosty almost overnight. my second run with that strain i dide the same on purpose, but the temps dropped to @51. same results. Was only for 1 night each time. how cold or for how long is going to be very strain dependent. colder will stress the plants more & kill more chlorophil, more light will burn thru the chlorophil thats left faster. wether any of this is actualy a good idea or not is a whole different subject. hth

Don't freeze your plants for color. If it's in them they will change. I wouldn't go much below 60.
