How do you raise phosphorous levels?

so i checked out the sticky and i have a large problem with my phosphorous levels.
how do i come about to raise them?

for soil, bone meal does a nice job for slow release phosphorus

What nutes are you using?

Is this a soil grow?

Is this a trick question? You can add P or raise your pH. Just depends on your grow specifics.

im just havin the symptoms of lack of phosphorous so i need a quick way to raise it
it IS a soil grow,
ive been adding hydroponic nutes, i used a 1/4 of the recommended amount in a waterbottle
i thot it was nute burn but i flushed it and it is still turning brown
