yeah ya go get a chef to do it for you... and give them your hard earned cash. i couldnt get eggs over easy to save my life. hell i cant cook much at all.

Use forks to flip. And fry it in bacon grease.

Because doing it like this is entirely too much fun. Guys ... I'm looking for "how to flip". I'm sure real chefs don't use spatulas. cn

I'm sure they do it gently enough to not crack the yolk too. Sadly, the rest of us need spatulas.

I worked in an ihop as a teen where I was taught to flip two pans at once each containing up to three eggs.
The trick is more of a rolling it off the pan, not flipping it in the air. Still you have to commit. Practice the motion with a pan and dry piece of toast. LOL. Never thought I would have that conversation here but I`m glad it happened

Hi there!, I moved to a privatized breeders site...but it gets rather dull discussing beans all day. Dizzle Frost moved there as well.
