How do you know when it's time to harvest?

My plant is several weeks away from harvest ( end of May beginning of June )

Some people say when half the hairs turn brown...others say when they all turn brown.

Others say...wait until all the milk/sugar leaves die and the leaves just below the colas start turning yellow and blotchy.

Some people say to try a few buds at a time a month before harvest to test the high.( Which I don't understand as by the time it properly cured it would be 2 weeks later)

Still more say to wait until the tri-chomes are all fat and swollen...( Which would be the end anyway right?)

I'm looking for quality not quantity....but I was kinda hoping to take it until the end...yellow leaves etc. Yet I don't want to sacrifice quality for quantity.....

It's a Super Silver Haze.....

I'm looking for a head high...not couch potato.

My caregiver gives me enough couch potato stuff as it is....

I have 0 brown hairs now....( And I do have a magnifying glass...check for leaf and bud crystallizing etc)

Is there a site or something that will show me the difference...? Tri-chomes size etc....?

This is my first plant ever....
