How do you keep a male plant alive example space dude from TGA

How would I keep a male plant alive , I know some males can flower regardless of light cycle.
I want to keep a male alive an example is TGA's space dude they use in every cross
Or these other so called breeders pollinating clone only strains with one male plant .

The only way that works for me is to take clones in veg.

Every one that I've had experience with, once flowering started, kept on flowering, spewed pollen and then died. This was no matter the light cycle, stuff added or whatever. Tried to reveg more than a few times and it never worked.

Grow the male out in a separate area

collect pollen daily until you have enough

by leaning ur man over a mirror scrape up 2x day

once you have enough, like a egg shell full store in raw rice in your freezer

best to apply with an ear bud/ cotton bud/ art brush within 2 weeks

Same way you'd do it to keep a mother plant around . Clones .

Some ppl love them man... me personally I think his strains are more for tastes/smells and looks kinda puts me in the mind of fruity cocktails w/an umbrella in it . It just may be me but there's no gas in his strains that I've smoked personally. Just way better strains out there to me but that's MVHO .

Don't find many as very stable either!

I was highly disappointed with his vortex aka ( gods pussy ) only gear of his I tried tho.

And to me it was his best which was still B grade

I meant to say I'm not using any tga genetics to breed with maybe querkle or Marionberry if I I had a good cut

Querkle has a weird taste . It would prob make a funky bunch of crosses with a hundred different flavors ??Pick a strain that has great genetics and an all around great flavor and not crossed already 12 times and use a male from that. You will get a way more stable strain . But in reality it is all in what you like and what your end goal is. If you want a Querkle berry kush then go for it . Males will pre flower no matter what so yeah keep it separate and small I have never had one die on me they just keep poppin banners everywhere

Pretty sure Jesus og is much better than those also jillybean and the void had a great flavor and strong too but hermed every time . Just gotta strain hunt for a good pheno

Hey!.. sounds like me.

Keep em rolling, male "dad" take a cutting off of that, let them flower out and use/collect as needed when its spent, get another into flower.

All I gotta say is fresh pollen works best. Fuck that brush bullshit, it wastes pollen. I just pluck a open male flower, with tweezers and drop it right on the pistil, and it marks where I dropped pollen, so I can go around a plant and hit every site,

Like I said it's all personal preference. There are a bunch of phenos of jillybean it has a very happy uplifting buzz. Makes me very happy. Got a free seed and it was amazing then let it go and when I realized how much I liked it 3 packs later I never found that pheno again .

Never ran a tga cross but I can't knock his gear I'd grow his Marion berry,querkle,Chem D X querkle,and his forum cooks x time wreck limited.
