How do you get a trim like this?

Yeah, it's def leveled up as more and more States come online. We saw some crap at first because everybody was trying to be first on the market, then we started seeing some real fire... now, as prices have come down,... people quit giving a shit. They just want cheap weed. You can't even make cheap weed for $500 a lb.
I paid $10 a gram and $30 an 1/8. But it started going up to $40 then $50 depending on the dealer. You'd be a billionaire if those were still the prices, :bigjoint:

If you were like many of us you smoked what you could get. Fortunately where I'm at we were getting some really good weed back in the early 80's. It happened pretty fast. It was mostly just Columbian, Panama Red, Jamaican, etc... with the occasional Hawaiian or Thai Sticks in the mid 70's when I came of age and started using cannabis.

We've had access to quality marijuana here in Portland since the beginning. It's the biggest city in one of the three West Coast States. It's been rolling heavy here forever.
You're part of the Pacific Northwest so of course there's always been dank all around,. I loved Portland.

Shit.. back in 2019, I was getting $3300 lbs, and I couldn't make it fast enough. Miss those good old days. But when the market is sub $700... im out. It's just not worth it. I'd rather just grow out a 4x8 a couple of times a year, have an outdoor or two once a year and be happy.

The Pacific Northwest has always had awesome bud. My first hit ever was from a Coke can but the shit smelled like a skunky bitch and tasted awesome still. Made your mouth water. I was instantly hooked.
Way back before 9/11 and all the extra border security and checks on vessels they were bringing stuff up the Columbia river and unloading in ports and on docks from the Pacific Ocean to downtown Portland Oregon which is about 70 miles inland.

It's nothing like it used to be but we're going to bring it back and fast. There's some good changes in the way the city will be run and better people running it. Right now it's a sad situation and I almost cry whenever I drive around town. I was born here and it's fucked up in a very bad way right now.

There is still dank around.

I know makes me sad too. I'm originally from Seattle, but the same shit is happening there now. It was awesome growing up there. I was totally open to moving to OR or back to WA, but since my wife's family is all in SD we chose CO since it's between the two and I still get some mountains. Even though I prefer the Cascades and Sierras since they're newer steeper mountains.

People in my town and around are way cooler than the people in the Seattle area anymore. 95% of people also move to the right lane when someone wants to pass here,.

The seeded Columbian Gold from the 70's was good weed. I miss smoking joints of it.
I think most of the brick weed was okay until they compressed it while it was still half wet. I was on the east coast where the bricks had more of a chance to "cure."

Growing "Colombian Gold" again. Who knows if it's same genetics from years back but it tested over 15% last time, was a great daytime go anywhere weed, and the yield should be fine. All I need is the seeds and an album cover...

Properly grown cannabis will produce tight perfectly round bud. If your bud has negative space, thank your nutes.
The "Gmo" look is a deficiency. Just as hairy bud is a sign of wasted yield. Both get misattributed as something else, because the cannabis scene is full of dumb sheep and there are literally no more than 2 growers alive today who actually know what they are doing.
Wait, you are the authority on Cannabis and know for a fact that in the whole world there are only 2 people that know how to properly grow it? I'll be back when i figure out what to actually say.

I still get 1200. Not no 28 like 2010. But the under market is still thriving on my end. Actually people are starting to boycott dispos in my area because of that jetter lawsuit. They fucked up bad. Lmfao
